When will it end? I keep seeing LRD 03-04 and I want one, I call them Discos with Range Rover lights.

No need to replace the drop arm (pitman arm) unless it's damaged, which they usually aren't unless you've been driving a good while with it loose.

Just replace your ball joints, remove the steering damper and do the other checks. Once you correct what you find wrong drive it and if it's ok refit the steering damper, or fit a new one if the old one is worn.

How many tie rod ends do we need? 4? And how many of the left hand thread and right hand thread?

For the swivels how many upper and lower swivel pins do we need? bearings and shims too?

For the bushings, what is the difference between soft and firm bushings? I am getting the full kit. If I mainly use this as a DD do you guys recommend soft?

3 right hand thread, 1 left hand thread.

The swivels don't get replaced unless they are wasted. They can be adjusted. If you really feel the need to spend; RovahFarm for all your new Land Rover Parts and Accessories

I've used rubber bushings, no experience with urethane.
