Hi Guys - looking for some input. I have searched the forums and seen some stuff about these codes:
96 D1 5 speed...

I have P1316 & P1313 on start up when left over night; when cleared only P1313 comes back until its left overnight. I did recently find out one of my cats has been hollowed out by the P.O. Plugs, and leads are new (sub 3k miles), intake has been cleaned out and seafoamed, stepper and IAC seem to be fine.
Runs great when the codes aren't on, but shakes a whole lot when they are.

What are the thoughts?

The codes are not the problem, the problem is what sets the codes. Both codes are oblique, not pin pointing the exact source. Find out why Bank A is running too rich, Bank A is the 1, 3, 5, 7 side of the motor. Both fault codes point to too much fuel. The detective work is on you to find the exact issue. You may want to run some Techron through the fuel system because it could be as simple as having a couple of injectors sticking, taking too long after the pulse dies to shut off flow. You may need a couple of injectors, depends on how many miles on the Disco. The rattle test will usually catch which aren't working well. If they don't rattle, they're stuck.
