Default missing a vacum or gas or oil line

hey guys i just found out i am missing this hose so can you tell me if is gas,oil or what because i been running it for a yr ... trust me if i knew it was missing since i got had it . it whould have be replace

That is part of your EGR (crankcase vacumn) system.

EGR (exhaust gas recirculation)
Our trucks do not have a EGR valve.
They have a PCV (positive crankcase ventilation) system, all engines do.

I can tell whats missing in that pic, can YOU take a pic from the side?

hey spike i got that pic off of AB site... but it is the hose that goes from the intake to value cover between two black hoses also can i just get reg vacum line or do i have to order it online

you can but you will find its pretty difficult.

I used something as a temporary fix, it required two different sized hoses because the ports are different sizes. One slid into the other and it just looked goofy. That and its almost impossible to make it not crimp. So just buy the hose.

I used gas line from a old lawnmower and used a hose clamp to keep it from coming off and left it long so it would not crimp.
Total cost was free because I had this stuff laying around, that was 3 years ago.

i took it to a guy who i though it was a junkyard and he done same thing what you did spike for free but i need find someone or place in chattanooga,tn to look at my rover so i can get idea what i need to do
