My 97 Disco 1 brake saga continues!!!
I replaced right rear caliper he other day. My truck is notorious for air getting stuck in the brake system so I expected the worst. I used a vacuum hand pump to suck the air out of the system at the caliper I replaced, and it seems to have worked great! The truck sat for a few weeks after replacement, as I have too many projects. I took it out a couple of days ago as my other daily driver started to act up. Brakes have worked great so far, with driving 300 miles over 3 days to work and back. I was the only one around when I replaced the caliper so I didn't have much choice on bleeding the brakes (no power bleeder available)
