This guy? Washer Lock (Part # FTC3179) - Land Rover bolts\clamps\brackets\washers from Atlantic British
If you've managed to remove the outer nut then you've already folded the tab on the washer back. Once the nut is off the washer can be pull straight off by hand usually. If its stubborn use two small flat tipped screwdrivers to pry it off.
Never had to or would think of using a chisel to take a washer off, IDK?

There were no tabs on the washer, its flat on the bottom. Ive tried to pry, pull, twist and spit on the damn thing.
Right now im trying to split it. I know its probably the worst thing i could do to it.

Your stub axle looks like it's gonna need replacing after you get that nut off.......

I see something like either threads or wire protruding from under that nut. At this point it's time to get a either a large Crescent wrench, Channel Locks or a pipe wrench on that nut and just twist it steadily off as best as possible.

Yeah, there's no "tabs" in your way on the lock nut....got that right. How much slop is there in the hub (push it in)? Can you turn the nut in at all?

You need to download the RAVE manual. There's exploded views, step by step instructions, and torque values for everything you're doing.

It looks like you got the snap ring off. Part of that washer behind the nut is supposed to be folded forward over the nut. Take a screw driver and tap it back out of the way. Once done or if its not folded remove the nut. A socket works best and wi help when reinstalling.

Got the manual, have the print outs. ive dug out bearings from behind the nut so im hoping thats all my problems.
Have a crescent wrench and just cant get a good enough grip on the nut.
ive broken 2 screwdrivers and left the tips under the washer.
It looks like a 50mm socket will fit so thats my next try.

I have to say, this thread is making less and less sense.
Just to be clear:
