According to the codes double check your ECM to coil connection, look for corrosion on pins and sockets, tightness of connection as well. Also check coil to spark plugs for correct firing order (if running rough) - cat damage both sides due to multiple misfires.
You need to check for vacuum leaks i.e. - intake manifold bolt tightness for instance because your long term fueling is lean, too much air. Just incase run a bottle of Techron through the fuel system, it'll clean your injectors - opens them up because that can cause a lean condition as well. It'll take awhile to find the causes but that's the basics.
