Default New Exhaust NOW NO START!!!!!

Recently got a new muffler installed on my Land Rover discovery 1 and the next day IT WOULDNT START!

new fuel pump
new spark plugs
MAF sensor good
ignition replaced 2 years ago
new battery
new alternator
New O2 sensors
1 year old Idle Air Control
Clean throttle body
new engine temp sensor

it cranks and sometimes starts but dies immediately sometimes when I turn the key nothing happens at all lights all still come on,when I try to start it I feather the pedal and I smell gas it has worked 3 times after it starts (hardly ever does)it runs like brand new maybe because of all the new parts I’ve thrown at it but if I don’t hold down the gas pedal it dies again now won’t start at all It started happening right after I fixed my air leak and replaced muffler

it wasn't welded on was it? I have heard that MIG welders that were not properly grounded to the truck could damage the computers and electronic devices...

Hopefully they hooked the piece ground to the exhaust pipe and not on the frame. The exhaust pipe is not attached to the frame, (electrically) as the mounts are rubber, as is the motor mounts. the electrical ground may have gone through a sensor or a computer. which is a bad thing. I have seen cars that were welded on burn up ABS computers ecause the ground ws not connected properly.
