new tire leaks air around rims

hey i looked at that primer "A1" they have a flexable one but that might not be as good.
My original alum wheels are pitted and corroded pretty bad right where the bead of the tire goes and even stem,white sand in between
there off now cause i bought the steel wheels.Dont know what to do with the alum wheels fix or sell.
