It will throw a P1313 code when i push it past 3000 rpm for long enough but the code quickly leaves.

I am leaning to the VSS

Speed Sensor / Transducer - Vehicle - Road - Vss (Genuine Part # YBE100540) - Land Rover switches/control unit/actuators from Atlantic British

You can rule out the VSS by unplugging it and then driving, if it has no power while in neutral and revving the engine than it is not the VSS.

Your syntoms also point to a CKPS sensor issue.. P1313 can be a code thrown because the sensor is transmitting the wrong info or a reluctor tab is bent.. Usually it is accompanied by it's good friend p1314 as well..

If you already figured it out then great! Hopefully all of the info helps sombody else in the future.

VSS took care of it.

The code wouldnt stay unless I pushed it pass and then it would ony be a pending code.

It is believed that the VSS also forms some sort of speed limiter, to keep the incredible bulk below takeoff speed, around 110 - 114 limit. Hence when it acts up, it shuts down power.
