No Rear Brake Pressure After Line Replacement

well I had the guy who did it check it out, and he didn't cross the lines like he thought he might have. I'm considering trying to do the hoses, but they are 30 a piece so I would rather try the cheaper options first. I have tried unplugging the battery and gravity bleeding for a couple hours (to see if maybe the abs modulator was causing it), but it didn't change anything. I also tried traditionally bleeding them with the battery unplugged but still nothing.
