I got some off of Ebay but the stud size was the smaller once for D2. That being said they assured me that the D1 solid lugs were comming. Nice thing was they were only $90 for all 20 solids in chrome. I will check back and see if they are available yet!

I bought a complete set for my D1 from ebay two years ago from a seller la-wheel or something like that. I'm pretty sure they were only like $60. They weren't the solid type, they had the stainless caps on them. But they were new. I'm wondering if the caps come loose from abuse, like tightening with the air impact at the tire shop.

I checked now, and they want $150! They must have done some homework since I bought mine ;-)

Yes the chromed caps do get damaged from a combination of improperly fitted sockets and the extreme hammering effect of the air driven impact wrench.

When I first ordered replacements, the place sent me the ones for a DII which do not fit the studs on a DI. Then the second set had some damaged ones, correct size but not good condition. I called them right back. By that time, I had found out about the solid ones. They were able to send me a complete set of 20 solid ones in good condition.

If I remember right it was right at $100 including shipping. I paid only foir the first set. So I have one extra set for a DII, and a whole lot of damaged ones for a DI.

I thought I saw the solids recently on RovahFarm or one of the other sites. I think they were around 7 bucks each.

The 4 way lug wrench is great and was about 20 bucks at Advanced Auto. I really like it over any other lug wrench, just need to put in some type of clamp or someplace to secure it in the rear cargo hold.

So does stainless suck? I noticed mine are really loose and I can wiggle them and it feels like there are 2 parts of the lug nut. Now I have stock wheels so are they alloy or steel? I'm almost positive they are alloy but it doesn't hurt to ask right?

So do I need these?
Rovers North - Steel Wheels
Rovers North - Alloy Wheels

Rover Parts - Steel Lug Nut
Rover Parts - Lug Nut Steel Wheels
Rover Parts - Stainless Cap
Rover Parts - Steel Lug Nutes (20)
SO MANY OPTIONS CAN SOMEBODY JUST SEND ME A LINK FOR CHEAP ONES FOR 20?!?! OR TELL ME WHICH OF THE LINKS IS THE RIGHT ONE?!?!?! I FEEL LIKE ONLY GETTING 3 PER WHEEL SO I CAN TRIANGLE PATTERN EACH WHEEL........
