The return signal to the ECM can vary from 4.99v and down to .1... that return signal is what drives the ECM to alter the air:fuel via the ground signal to the injectors. The heater element circuit is 12v Pulse width modulated voltage.

Im having o2 problems also. Should I see 5v at signal wire from ecm with o2 disconnected (s1)? Also doesnt o2 send a signal of 100 to 900mv? 900mv being rich?
