OBD2 Scanner-reader

Any suggestions to buy a cheap OBD2 to delete srs check engine light etc. 1996 Discovery 1 V8 4.0 gems

I bought a cheap bluetooth one from amazon for about $20 and installed the Torque app on my phone for like $5.

there are also OB2 to usb adaptors if you want wired - thats what I have

obd2 reader wont clear SRS light codes.
