Default Oil leak near waterpump

Finally replacing the waterpump and found an oil leak. Not sure what it is.
Also the two long bolts on the side of the leak were oil packed, a little difficult to pull out.

What is this part ? or hose that may be leaking?

pics attached.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

looks like the power steering pump hoses are leaking or at least the return hose( one with hose clamp in pic this was one of my leaks) also looks like the intake valley gasket is leaking bad and running down the front of the engine( common)

those long bolts are not covered in oil it is sealer or adhesive ( mine was)
