Obviously you havent met my wife "miss priss". Her idea of off road is the mall parking lot. She made me sell our house in the Rockys because her car got dusty driving up our dirt road. Back to the separator... might be wishful thinking, but it seems to have more power after cleaning. Could that be?
Going to date myself here, but I met her in Lebanon back in the early 80's at a cafe while I was in the military (She's born & raised in Damascus & moved to Lebanon to get out from under the hijab). Didn't see her for several years till she showed up on my door step in Germany. Decided if I meant that much to her that she'd come that far, I'd keep her & just passed our 25th anniversary. She gets a whole lot of what I get into (coins, rare books & antiques), doesn't complain when I tell her I need to go somewhere on business & not get back home for a month or two, but when it comes to my obsession with off road vehicles, not so much. Took her up Pikes Peak for an afternoon jaunt & she freaked out the entire way (of course I helped by riding as close to the edge with the passenger's side of the truck as I could so she could get that up-close-and-personal-view, then I convinced her to go up Georgia pass, and that was the end of her riding with me off pavement. She really doesn't care how much I spend and keeps pointing out new Range Rovers for me to buy, but my current obsession with rebuilding this Disco (need to replace a thermostat, so while I'm in the area, I may as well replace the radiator, water pump, all of the hoses, and the temperature sensor) that she just doesn't get. Not like she's going to get mad and move back to Damascus or anything
