Is $45 each spring a good price?

You have to make that call. Can you afford the $90 and time to do the swap? I'd do it in a heartbeat if I had access to some springs.

Just because you're awesome and have a donut I'll sell them for $110?

Spring swap is SUPER easy, NO special tools needed. You dont even need a coil compressor, just a bottle jack. Jack up truck, put jack stands on frame however you feel safe, allow suspension to droop fully, then stick bottle jack between frame and axle somewhere close to coil side your trying to remove, use jack to push axle down even more to allow spring to basically fall out. WATCH brake lines, you might have to unbolt the bracket that hold brake lines to inner fender to get more slack in your brake lines. Install new coils. Its simple. Oh and flip the spring plates if you have to......2 bolts, simple. Oh I also removed my sway bars before the swap because I always do so that mights made things easier. TRUST me, if you CANNOT figure this out then you have no buisness even wanting to own a rover, let alone take it off-road.

I'd pay $45 a spring. That means $90 for your lift, do it. FRONT FJ80 coils is all you need.

Default I tried to do some figuring, and now my head hurts...

So if a set of springs weighs in at 30#, then shipping with USPS parcel post from Minnesota(I used MN 'cause I know a zip code there) to Here would cost me $35. Sometimes this whole living in Alaska thing sucks, especially when dealing with shipping.
