Overheating?

Overheating?
I have an 03 Discovery S that is overheating while driving. I have replaced the radiator fan which was seized up and the thermostat. Yes, I have also bleed the system of air. So I guess that leaves the water pump or the radiator? Any suggestions on unclogging the radiator? Can I do this myself or is it best to take it to a professional?

One love, JAH, Solihull Brotherhood and all that kind of stuff... BUT you may want to post your Discovery II questions in the Discovery II section for more specific and pertinent answers. There are some big design differences...
Having said that, a radiator is pretty much not a user-servicable item. If it is clogged up it is best to just have a pro rod it out or get a new one. At the age of your truck though and unless some major damage has been done to it... you could just flush it out and see what happens. Chris bob has a great point too... tons of crud can get caught between the rad and the a/c evap... not sure about the small pets though...
Does the D2 Block have a coolant drain plug in it? anyone know off hand?
If YES then remove it and take a hose to the uppermost part of your rad and flush out the entire system. Then refil with the good stuff.
