Default P0307 and P1316 Codes

Hello:

I've got a 1998 Disco, with about 122k on it. We had some heavy rains the last week (very unusual for the area I live), and yesterday I got a check engine light. Took it to Autozone and got codes P0307 and P1316. Anyone have any 'next steps' here?

P0307 - Misfire on cyl 7
P1316 - Misfire causing excessive emissions

edit: It seems I need to replace the spark plugs (and wires perhaps). Does anyone have any guides/info on how to do this on a D1?

if they cleared the codes - wait - the moisture could have caused it - maybe wait to make sure until its dried out - could take care of the issues - before replacing plugs/wires

My favorite plugs at the moment are NGK platinum G-Power BPR6EGP, especially for the wasted spark set up. Second favorite are NGK nickel tipped V-Power BPR6EY. NGK plug wires are great too.

Renewing plugs and wires is super easy on a D1. I'd say go for it. Then you can read the old plugs to see the story they're telling.
