vinyl is cool as well. just don't know how it will hold up to scratching from branches and what not. you can get a roll for like $250 then all you need is a squeegeeee and a bottle of vodka.

Ed, thats my drem disco. I love that thing. i've seen pictures of it all over. My buddy steve who has a super tricked xterra says he knows that guy. That trucks sides re vinyl? Because thats the exact finish i want on my flat job. Gives me a truck boner.

If you ratlle can/vodka your truck are you gonna sand it first or just go to town right over top of a clean car?

Me and Longhaul are gonna tear into my truck with a plasma torch and a thirty pack the night before rovers on the rocks. What could go wrong right???

Hilltopper..you can't come to my paint party!

I'm going flat black for the roof and hood scoop. Also body bits. I think I'm using black stove pipe paint. I've been doing some stuff in it and I like it. I'm not sure on where yet so i will definitely try some clear coat mattest possible soon on something.

I also thought of vinyl. My friend just "carbon fibered" his BMW and it looks sick. I saw a nice merc in the shop with a flat black..nice.

It's too nice until the kids, branches, wife and life wear get to it.
