1. Dismantler (several on the forum)

2. Salvage yard - u pull your own parts several around SD

3. Glass shop

4. Dealer - they'll be wanting more than a new flat screen

see a link in my signature for one of the guys. They buy Rovers and dismantle them, sometimes having quicker moving parts already pulled, ready to ship same day, sometimes pull certain items on demand. You are assured of a good quality part, pre-owned, and at a fair price.

If you pull your own, you need tools, time, sweat, and there is the possibility you'll break a part taking it out. However, the salvage yard is a great place to learn about how things fit together, you'll see ones in various states of being picked over by the cannibal mechanics. Glass usually does not go too fast. Alternators, good radiators, roof racks, electric seat switch, seats that are not ripped, etc. - those move out pretty quick. A glass is about $20 at Pick Your Part in Chula Vista as an example.

If you are DIY, be sure to get some cheap upholstery tools at the parts store to ease out the door panels They use push in fasteners. Work out gently.

The free RAVE download has the shop manual. electrical manual, owner manual, and the body/interior manual that will show you each step.
