It's about 1.142 average difference from speedometer to actual and the miles per gallon are still too low even at 180 x 1.142 = 205.5 miles per tank. I was getting over 300 per tank on 245's. At 280 miles per tank it's about right at 296.92.

Will T is about halfway down my upcoming trip so may try to stop by his place and see if he'll give it a once over. It has had 6 months of back and forth driving for sure, so I think this round trip will give it a chance to clean itself out and I can get some real long-term stats calculated.

The only other thing I can think of is if the mufflers are sucking air, even slightly, at the muffler to Y pip connection that would give the 02 sensors a leaner condition than the MAF and it would compensate by dumping fuel. That gasket is a very poor design (much prefer the thick o-ring design). I may wrap them in header tape to take that out of the equation.

The ball and socket clamp is a better idea than the donut. https://landroverforums.com/forum/di...27/#post349401
