Default PSA: Rotella 15W40 on sale @ autozone

Just figured i'd give everyone a heads up. I was at autozone the other day and they have the gallon jugs of Shell Rotella T 15W40 on sale for 12.99 compared to their usual 17.99 for a gallon jug.

It's $12.49 at Walmart all day long.

I'm guessing diesel trucks aren't as popular in philly as they are in texas.

I figured it was probably a little cheaper at wally world. Auto zone is 5 blocks away versus walmart which is a 15 min drive either way to the two that are near. I'll pay the lazy tax of .50 more a gallon till it goes off of sale..

Things are so congested around me that any store you want is in spitting distance. The only stores we are missing around here is a Farm and Fleet and Rural King. Both are good stores for decent prices on oil (and ammo.....)

Ugh. I'm doing it all wrong in regards to where I live. The only things autozone carries are different European tail lights for everyone's rice burner and every piece if chrome adhesive trim you could think of. There's not a harbor freight within forty miles (that's not in that toxic wasteland new jersey (no offense Felix)) and no sporting stores anywhere inside the city sell ammo I have to drive out to the burbs or order it....sigh.

Turf....try NYC...I think there are two auto parts store on the entire island of Manhattan! The biggest challenges to working on my truck are space and product availability.

I need a vacation home. Just a little shack in the mountains.
