Default A quick question re the diffs

I'm new here as you can tell, and have a quick question while I'm doing some general maintenance on my mother's D1. I searched this forum, another forum, the owner's manual and the factory service manual and came up short. While changing the front and rear diff oil, what do I torque the fill and drain bolts to? I know the xfer case is 30 (Nm or ft lb, forget off hand), but am unsure about the diffs. Right now I have changed the oil and tightened the teflon taped plugs to short of "effin tight." I will go back and torque them if needed. I appreciate the help. Hope you guys can throw a bone to a Toyota owner.

No teflon tape needed, just snug them up good, same with t-case plug.
