Radiator bleed screw... Son of a *****
Ok so a heater hose decide it would leak today. So I figured no big deal went to autozone to get a cheap replacement until I can order a Oem one. I got just some straight hose that would work and installed it. So I decide it's time to bleed the system. Put a wrench on that awesome plastice screw and snap... The head came off lol what's weird is I jammed a flat head screw driver in the threaded part and it unscrewed just fine.
So now my question, Does anybody know of a plug that will fit in there until I can order the Oem part? Or maybe the thread pitch and what not?

Well jacked the battery side of the truck up and bleed the system and put the plug I found in. Then I decided to check this thread again and realized I put a npt plug in there. So i decided to take it for a test drive and it is leaking a little from the plug.
So next question do I need to put a lot of tape in that or about two passes? Also if the truck is cold can I take this plug out and swap it or put more tape on it and put it back in or do I have to bleed it all again?
