Any idea where I can get some good radio codes for my 1997 disco
and the step by step of it

My '98 needs a code too.

Call the dealer part's guy. I haven't done it in yrs, but I have done it a couple times in the past. Be sure to write the code down.

If the guy gives you the run-around for some reason, call another L/R dealer part's dept guy.
