Cool Rear Passenger Window Glass

We live in the Dominican Republic. Our 1998 Discovery 1 had its right rear passenger window smashed in a burglary. Anyone know of a good supplier of glass in the US or Canada. Also how difficult would it be to replace?

there is a section on glass in the RAVE manual. it tells you how to replace the window. If i were you i would look at getting the glass used locally in the DR, because shipping has to to be expensive on something that big, heavy and fragile. If you are dead set on getting it from the states that I would get it used from either Will Tillery 434.251.9331, Paul Schram 260.804-0458 or send a PM to Paul Grant on this forum, they all supply parts and can help you out.

I have a used window in good condition. Not sure what the shipping would be. I'm willing to toss it in the mail for you. I would not charge you for the part, all you would need to do is pay the shipping from Oklahoma 73503 to your destination. Sorry for your trouble. Thats why I leave all my vehicles unlocked. Do not care if someone takes what I leave in there, just as long as they do not damage the vehicle.

Move to south Philly and try that. You'd be carless in about 15 minutes. Haha.
