Rear wiper length?
Being a little slow this morning, I ran out and measured my rear wiper and it is 14"s.
Are you changing out the fronts also, if so what blades are you going to, I switched to the next generation Bosch blades, a little expensive at $22 a piece but what a difference they made along with some new D1 arms.

yeah Mike i already had the fronts changed out for D1 fronts and I am using the Bosch Icon blade. I love it. Thanks for the measurement. Going to order a Bosch Icon for the back now.
Dont waste your money on a "Euro" blade for the rear, buy a cheap one for $6 and change it every 6 months.
I get Consumer Reports magazine and they did a review on wiper blades, they say to change your wiper blades every 6 months no matter what and that they all performed the same, every thing from the $6 blade to the $25 blade all worked and lasted the same or close to it.
Personally I use the Triple Edge blade front and rear.

but everything Euro is so trendy. I just remembered i dont have the bosch blades on the front of my disco they are on my ford. i have the Silblades on my disco. I have had them for about a year now and they work great I do wipe the silcone clean once a month.
How dare you use a cheap wiper blade on a Land Rover?!
A few years ago the local Autozone was clearing out it Anco winter blades, I think i got like 10 of them for $2 each. Let me see you outcheap that.
First off, let me admit that I am seriously **** about wiper blades, and always have been. The first sign of streaking, and off they come, and new ones are purchased. When I was a new driver, that meant new blades every 7 months or less. Then I learned something; gas stations usually have a squeegee for cleaning your windows (which I do with every fill up). Why not use the squeegee to clean the crap off the wipers while cleaning the windshield? I do this every time I get gas, and my wiper blade lifespan has more than doubled. I do have to use a paper towel to clean the rear wiper though. When these Bosch Excel blades (now 2 years old) fail, I think I'm going to try the Silblades.
