Default Recommendations please on brand of TR and TRE's

Hey all,

I would appreciate any recommendations on the brand/type of track rods and track rod ends (ball joints) to buy to replace my stock worn ones.

Thanks.

BTW....

Am I correct in the fact that I need 1 left hand threaded TRE and 3 right or do I have that mixed up ?

Thanks !!

If you need a new track rod you might as well buy a new Heavy Duty one. Justin at Lucky8llc.com has all that stuff and the TRE's. I believe there's even a kit that comes with a new HD drag link and track rod and 4 new TRE's.

Ditto. Need to replace mine again as well. The originals lasted 17 years, the replacements didn't last 17 months.

I got the HD set from Lucky 8, two new rods with tie rod ends already on them, and the rear one had a new L bracket and u-bolts for the steering dampner. I tell ya what, those things are heavy duty, emphasis on heavy! Well worth the money, IMHO...
