Recently smacked all my lights trying to squeeze into a parking garage...so does anyone know where i could find something like what Trek Outfitters used to make?
Or could anyone make this for me???

That is for BRUSH. If you had that on and hit the parking garage your rack would be all bent up now.

 

True, I actually just hit the swinging bar, which happened to be a heavy solid steel bar. I obviously offroad as well and being that I have Hella 4000s I don't want to break the overly expensive lights. Plus it would make a great mounting point for brush wires. The rack would get bent either way with it on or not if i hit something really hard. I just want to protect the lights from lighter hits.

Already have the SD rack, but maybe they would fab up just the part from their Expedition rack

 

So just decided to make one on my own. 3/4 conduit, some bolts, black paint, and two trees very close together. Actually turned out pretty good. and for around $30

Not the prettiest thing ever but I think it turned out alright. I can give more detailed info on what to get and how to make it if someone wants. Took me about 3 hours, but that was because I was designing as I went along.

Also what is the nature of those two cables from the rack to the bumper? If you tell me again I promise to write it down as not to forget! LOL
