Default Running Wires For Light Bar On Rack

I'm installing a 32" light bar on my rack and need some help with how to run the writing into the truck. I was thinking through the sunroof, but haven't decided yet. Suggestions? Tips?

drill a hole through the roof, seal with silicone or black RTV. I've done this on my Disco, and my two XJs. Never had a leak using black RTV.

Yea I think the previous owner would fly to Tennessee to punch me if I drilled a hole through the roof. I've been looking around at different posts and think I'm just gonna run the writing down the rack and A pillar into the engine bay then back through the firewall. I think I have enough wiring to get that done. I'll update with pictures for future reference

Here's what I did.
On the drivers side, peel off the weatherstripping around the top of the door frame. I took a dremel and cut a notch in the steel for the wire pass through. Ran the wire and reinstalled the weatherstripping. Continued to run the wire down the A pillar behind the trim and to the switch/relay. No leaks.
Here's how the end product looked.

Yeah I have been thinking about that for my rear rack lights, I just have a thing about drilling holes in exterior panels for wires so this is a good alternative

This is thw notch I made. There was a corresponding notch into the non-sealing part of the weatherstripping, but I've since replaced the door seals.
