Seat switch disassembly?

Pull straight up from the plate.
As an aside, be VERY careful with the tabs on the plate which hold the assembly in place on the center cubby/console, they break very easily.
To disassemble there are two screws which hold the plate to the switch. Then another screw on the switch, on the other side of the levers seen in your picture. Then you need to pry the case apart. I'd advise doing this while the piece is in a cookie sheet from the kitchen because it is almost certain that one of those little springs or ball bearings will try to run away on you. I put a white piece of paper down in the tray to make it easier to see the parts.
Clean the contacts on the little brass "see saws" with an pen eraser and put a very thin coat of dielectric grease on them to prevent further corrosion (which will require you to do the job again, and again, and again, as I have).
Placing the two halves of the switch body together takes very slow a deliberate pressure straight down until the tabs snap in to place.
Here is a good write up...

I had forgotten he did that writw up, ended up texting him though. Haha.
Got it all apart and cleaned and back together and made the exact same mistake the author of the write up did with reversing the placement of two posts.
Took it apart again and swapped them. I put a couple dabs of grease in some key areas and not only does the switch work it operates super smoothe now.
