that low compression on all cylinders sounds like a worn out timing chain

was the gas tank underwater too?

Yea great.
The tank went underwater for a second but the filler was well out.

Thanks for the help guys!!
turned out to be a busted wire between the ignition and the coil. So power was sperattic and then there was just nothing. Replaced that and she ran fine.
