Shift lock override

Default Shift lock override
Is there such a thing? My disco is partially apart with no battery and won't shift out of park do I can roll it around the shop. Do I need 12v in order to shift?

put the transfer case in neutral, with the TC in neutral the transmission is also disconnected.

9/16" wrenches will work. Pull shafts
