Shimmy resolved.
From the point I had picked up this truck, it has had a shimmy from 35mph - 55mph from the driver side. I thought the worst and was figuring to go ahead and replace my swivel bearings. Over the weekend, I had pulled the tire and as i was rolling it aside, I noticed something I hadn't before; there was a really bad flat spot about 6" in diameter. I don't know how I had missed it before. All the tires are Goodyear Workhorse and have about 70% tread left. I checked all the others and that was the only one that had a flat spot. It looks as if, when the truck was parked, the tire sat in some chemicals for a period of time and at the tread smooth.
After replacing it, the truck rides great. No shimmy and rides smooth as silk. Thank goodness for that as my schedule is so packed for the next few months that I didn't know when I was going to find time to tear into that swivels.
Now I just need to track down a replacement and am having a hard time finding Goodyear Workhorse tires locally.

I still think thats what wrong. I have yet to find the right shop to balance the tires. Although I still am going to rebuilding the suspension Work keeps getting in the way!
I use about 8.25oz in each of my 315/75/16 KM2's. Get the seamless ones and then enjoy the people's faces when you ask them to put them in your tires. Haha!
