Today I was replacing my shocks when two of the bolts on the shock tower securing ring broke when I tried taking them off. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem, and if so how did you fix it?

 

Yep. Soak with PB Blaster days prior to removal. Work the nuts off slowly a little bit at a time, then tighten the back down and clean the threads. Repeat until you can get the nuts completely off.
Now that yours are broken you need new ones. They're fairly cheap. Try RovahFarm.

or if you are in a big yank you could get some new bolts welded to the ring .....
