all 20 of 'em on the wheels, got rid of the f#%*&@ chrome capped junk and installed a set of range rover solid steel ones ( used off ebay from Jerry Dockery)

Apparently , the Rover Gods were pleased......my cruise control which hasnt worked in a year and a half.....suddenly worked for a 60 mile stretch on the interstate !!!!

I'm going to install my 25" brake lines in the morning and pull my rear door panel and diagnose the reason my window goes down but not up.

Thumbs up

Attended the NCLR Meeting of the Members/Board meeting, enjoyed meeting Shane and Sandra and seeing in person their CT110 kitted out for their 2 year - RTW odyssey and came home and looked for sources of oil leaks then replaced my cruise control hose... Very roverish today

Got my 26" brake lines installed. Got the truck totally up on jack stands and all wheels removed. Soon will be swapping on the 35's. Made some headway building up my Ashcroft locker/diff. I figure about 90% of it is just reading and rereading stuff to get a handle on it so you don't screw up the 10% of actual work.
Also found the cause of a leaking hub. 2nd time in 6 months. >

I don't know if it was a miracle or the fact that the shots of BB's bruising me after my air soft game got me mad enough to get my problem fixed.

BUT,

I finally fixed my seats, after all this time. The switches wouldn't work to adjust the seat to my size to drive comfortably. Now they both work. Oh it does feel nice to fix something.

Attempted to install my extended brake lines yesterday...rear junction block is stripped! How in the hell that hapened LOOSENING (yes I turned it the right direction) I will never know. Waiting for the replacement to arrive courtesy of Brett (fishEH). Also changed the oil in both diffs to 85w-140 before it started raining. When I get some more time I'll finish the brake lines, install my speed bleeders, and flush the brake fluid when bleeding. Also will reseal the inspection plate on the TC and put fresh fluid in it as well.

Installed the new TF HD steering damper, (until my replacement relocation plate gets shipped), 4th set of new AT's and rims, and washed it finally..

Funny you mention Airsoft. I just finished measuring out five 9oz bags or .25gram Airsoft pellets to balance my tires.

My daily driver however lost its water pump today. (click for video)

BUT, I have a spare pump from my parts truck and a new gasket I got in a big ole box-o-gaskets from someone. So this is a free fix.

Finally figured out why the previous owner described having a problem with the fuel pump. The pump was fine, but if you wiggle the harness, it goes on and off. Guess it's time to climb underneath again.

Busy last few days for me:

Replaced passenger side rear hub seal & re-greased the wheel bearings
New brake pads for the rear
Fixed the leaking oil pan seal & crankshaft seal
Cleaned the plenum, MAF
Coolant drain, refill and new thermostat
Fresh oil - Rotella 5w40

Dare I say it - but I think I'm getting better gas mileage too. 120 miles on just over a 1/4 of a tank. All in time for my upcoming trip to Moab on the 25th!
