Sold it!!
Bye bye Rover.
Sold it late yesterday to a family that just moved to Montana. Mom and the kids are Brittish so it was love at first sight (on both sides). Well once they had a peek in the 'boot' and poked around under the 'bonnet' that is.
Not only did I earn a fantastic education on Land Rovers (thanks in large part to you all) but I saved the old girl from the crusher and put her back into service hopefully for years to come.
Best of all I even made a few bucks on the whole thing.
Cheers!!

Well, Don't really know what to say except "you done well lad!"
Enjoyed you sharing all your experiences with it, good to see another one saved from the crusher and going to a family that will enjoy it.
Best wishes to you in your future ventures.
Over and out!

Thanks guys...already on the hunt for the next one. ;-)
Although the weather is really nice right now and there is a certain TR6 that has caught my eye...
CGC Eagle is amazing. I've never seen it in person but served with several officers that sailed aboard her (it's an Academy thing). They always had great stories about their time on board an would even at times get emotional over the experience.
