Light came on the other day, my son is driving it to and from work (about 10 miles) and it runs fine otherwise. Fuse?? Haven't looked at it yet, but anything I should take a peek at?? 1997 Disco 1 SD

 

So the light went back off today, stayed off all day....

 

Probably the SRS control box which is under the cubby box. Have to remove the console to get to it. Sometimes cycling the ignition switch will make the light go out. If it's coming on allot then it's probably time to replace it. Mine came on and I reflowed the circuitboard which makes it sometimes light and sometimes not, mine got wet.

 

the srs control unit is under the center cubby box like ihscouts said. there are two screws in the cubby box and the plastic around them cracked. So I filled the cracks in with rtv so as to prevent my drinks from spilling in there and getting the srs computers wet.
