Default Stainless steel manifold inquery.

My manifold is pretty rusty and old and I'm seriously considering replacing them with brand new stainless steel manifold. Problem is that few websites sell them for land rover, and any site that does sell them is located within the United Kingdom - which means the cost would be even higher with how low our USD is currently, plus shipping over sea. Does anyone know of a place or website based in the states where I could buy one?

A stainless steel manifold would only complement the stainless steel magnaflow exhaust system I'm getting in afew months.

I am going to assume you mean exhaust manifolds, there is one for each side.
There is also a intake manifold.
No I do not know where you can get them.

No idea where to get them.
Waste of money IMO.

if the rust is your main concern you might want to check out Eastwood restoration products, or Mid-America corvette restoration products......they have a product that you apply as a thin paste to a rusty manifold and it eliminates the rust and gives the metal a semi-permanent new / clean look that will last quite a while.....thay use it on show cars.
I've not personally used the product but have seen the results and it really makes the metal look new, some machine shops use a similar product when they do rebuilds.

Now that sounds like a good alternative! I'm assuming you still have to remove the manifolds in order to put the coating on. hmm I'm actually looking to polish up the entire engine compartment to shiny like new condition. could this stuff also be used on the engine? I'll look into this either way.

I admire your determination, but polishing or restoring an exhaust manifold is akin to polishing a turd. Just leave it. They all are rusty. I live in the south, and my D1 didn't even have the rust in the rear wheel wells that most have, but I'm sure that my exhaust manifolds were rusty.

I don't know. When I see one thing wrong then I get the tenancy to want to replace everything else, and polish everything lol. Bad habit.

If I have them off I sand blast them and use high temp paint on them. Other than that I leave them alone.
