Starts and then dies after a few
Hey Fellas,
I have this 95 DIscovery that I am trying to get right for my daughter. Newest issue is that it will start up just fine, but after about 2mins it will just die. Doesn't stumble it's just off. It will crank over just fine afterwards, but doesn't light-off. I pulled the #1 plug last night after it did it and had no spark, but on second attempt within minutes I had spark and my teeth where chattering. Put plug back in started and ran for a good 5 minutes no issues. Went out this morning to drive around before my daughter took it on the maiden voyage to school, and before I got all the way out the garage same thing...died. So I went and bought another wire set for plugs and just swapped out dist/coil and it started right up, but again only for about 2min then died. Local parts store doesn't have coil on shelf so that's why I got wires to try first. I also haven't been able to download RAVE manual because at first CD wasn't big enough, and now I just got back from buying blank DVD's cause I didn't read the package so gotta go take em and swap for CD. ANyone have any insight? Thanks
Matt

Save yourself some cash and mount the RAVE ISO file using Virtual CloneDrive.
