Default Sunroof problems

The only reason I am posting this is because it's going to rain tonight and I can't close my damn back sunroof. I went to clean it today so it would stop leaking under this Oregon rain, but when I went to close it, the thing gets stuck. It is almost closing, and I can hear clicking when I try to close it, but it won't follow through with the last step of closing. I can see that its busted (on one side the roller is bent), but it opens and closes fine besides that last part. I lubed it up and even tried the allen wrench trick but it won't close. Desperate at this point because the rain is going to kill my interior.

EDIT: It is stuck in the tilt position.

Driving a 98 discovery.

Any advice?

Sean

Its the little tabs on the track. They are bent. If you wiggle it just right it will close. If either of you two need sunroofs I have 2 good ones in a parts truck I'll sell on the cheap!

I tried to wiggle it and get it to close but to no avail. I threw a tarp over the top of my truck for tonight and I'll get back to it tomorrow.

CUpgt, might hit you up on that. How much you sellin for?

Mine worked fine till I lubed and tightened all the hardware, sounds like they hit the lock down tabs like mine is slightly out of time

I'm kind of glad that my Disco doesn't have sunroofs seeing as they always break!
