Medium duty here. Ride is pretty stiff and I love it. Handles and drives great. 265/75/16s rub a tad but trimmed to fix.

ordered tires today, kinda taking a shot in the dark but they are Wild Country XTX. they are made by Cooper (one of the last 2 American owned tire companies) they are marketed for off road applications but all the reveiws I have been able to find say they have pretty good on road manners. $525 out door with lifetime rotation and balence. got the P245/75-16 with the 50,000 mile treadware warranty, the LT versions don't have the warranty, but you give up 2/32" tread for the warranty. I like the tread pattern they look pretty beefy in person.

I know some on this board will definitely have a problem with this
I'm torn between two kits right now.
Rovers North has the Terra Firma 2" kit for $599.
But,
I'm also eyeballing their pro-comp 2" kit for $499.00
I'll be doing the extended braided brake lines at the same time too, they're long overdue.
Also gonna rebuild my brakes.
they have kits for that too!

My bro and I put procomp shocks and steering stabilizer on his 95 YJ and it greatly improved the ride. His heep had a 4" lift made by the po by adding leaves to the springs and longer shackles. Very stiff ride, but with the procomp shocks, it smoothed out alot. But our offroading was primarily for cruising on logging roads in Idaho.
