This version differs slightly from the ones I put up pictures of, but the install is basically the same.
AedoFab Sway Bar Disconnect Install
And here's the instructions I gave with the sets I made:
Sway Bar Disconnect Instructions
* Please note: the disconnects come assembled in the correct order. While installing one side it may be helpful to leave the other assembled for reference.

To Install:
1) Park vehicle on level ground.
2) Remove the bolt that attaches the sway bar to the sway bar link.
3) Remove the existing sway bar link bushings. This can be done by putting your finger through the bolt hole in the bushing and pulling.
4) Install new bushing and slide the black spacer tube into the hole.
5) Place a washer on the clevis pin and slide the assembly through the spacer tube.
6) Fix another washer onto the opposite end of the clevis pin.
7) Insert a hairpin cotter pin into the clevis to secure the assembly. Please note you may need to squeeze the bushings together when inserting the hair pin cotter pin as you’ll want everything to fit snugly.

To Disconnect:
1) Remove the hairpin cotter pin and washer.
2) Slide the clevis pin out of the pacer tube.
3) Repeat process on other side.
4) Push sway bar up towards frame and secure.
5) Reinstall the disconnect assembly into the sway bar link bushings on each side.

I would recommend disconnecting the swaybar everytime you take it off road after you install the disconnects. The disconnects aren't as strong as the bolt and could bend if you flex the suspension with the sway bars attached.

I actually woke up thinking about that last night. I was thinking of fab'g a bracket, that can use the sway bar disconnect hardware to hold it up.

Everybody told me just use a bungee cord on the rear and carry extra bungees. The front just sorts stays where it is IIRC.
There's a reason I completely removed my sway bras.
