Seems to. I was bringing it home from getting the mufflers welded on and pulled over to get some fluid cause the power steering was doing that low fluid squeal a little when I would make a turn. Poured in the fluid and drove home 4 miles. as I pulled in my driveway the pump started doing what you hear. Hoping I can drain it and refill it, but might have to replace it.

here's a question.

Why don't you repair it and keep it!

Would love to, I planned on it when I bought it, which is why I have done the work I have done... But New baby on the way. This means I need something that will fit 2 adults, 2 car seats a baby seat and a baby stuff like a stroller etc...

My blue one has the rear jump seats and rear air so It can be used as teh 4 year old is using a booster seat that fits. But I need something else. I'm hoping it does not end up being a mini van....

Alright, multiple people have been asking about the Blue rover sitting beside the white one in the first video... so here is a video of it I shot today to answer some questions.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0pADFSd41P0

It's a 97 V8i with 105k original on it.

The good
extremely low miles for it's age
Straight
Air, cruise seat etc all work.
Used as a daily driver
New headliner and sunroofs
New plugs and wires.

The bad
Needs the cargo door spring.
Needs the rear windows worked on, neither roll down.
Needs the drivers side window worked on, one of the little rollers is broken. It still rolls up and down, just makes noise doing so.
One of the jump seats is stained
Has surface rust along the gutters
Paint issue on hood.

Would confidently drive the truck anywhere as it sits. Wife and kids use it almost everyday and have since we bought it.

So, I would take 3k for the white one as it sits. or 2500 for the blue one as it sits.

Update. The Blue one sold tonight and is being picked up in the morning. I'm keeping the white one.

Well, my 97 is now at it's new home in FLA. One of the forum members here flew in and bought it. I know it will be a great truck for him as it was for my family. My wife is still a little PO that I sold it... So I better get my *** working on the white one and actually get it on the road for her.

LOL! Well, she didn't let me buy the MB... So I have been spending the money on the 96 and my current 300d. Ordered the new ball joints, A set of Magnacore 8mm. Put a new windshield in the 300D today and ordered new up shock mounts and a small pile of other parts.

Plan on getting the ball joints on this weekend, then take it into the shop for a good once over and a plug into the Testbook so I can figure out any remaining issues. She'll love it one she can drive it...
