To those doing the fuel pump swap

I destroyed the original plastic "accordian" hose that was part of the fuel pump assembly and the one-time clamps and replaced with 5/16" fuel injection hose and clamps. No problem so far (about 6 months). On the first go-around I had a smaller hose and regular clamps and a couple of days later had to pull it back out in a parking lot and replace the hose and clamps because the hose blew off. Not a lot of fun, but it does get easier with practice. ;^O At first I thought having the pump in the tank would be a PITA, but it's a heck of a lot easier than the old days when they were attached to the engine and ran off the camshaft.

A totally separate electrical one would be nice as well.
