Thoughts on this Oil Pump housing

That's the timing belt cover. You probably have a leaking oil pump or cam seal. The cam seal would be directly over that spot. The oil pump is behind the crank pulley but if oil is leaking g it will spread along the bottom of the cover. It also looks like you have a valve cover leak and possibly head gasket /upper oil pan leak. Nox Vidmate VLC Hard to tell by the angle.

Um?? What? Lol there is no timing belt. And the timing cover has the oil pump housing cast into it. There is no cam seal. Upper oil pan??
Gents I wound up not using this cover

Just as a comparison... After a complete rebuild (March of 2018) on my 4.0 I get (today) 22 PSI at warm (160-180F or 70-82c) idle and 40psi at cruising speed with 15/40 Rotella so those numbers aren't bad. I also used a timing cover that came off a junk yard car that was smother than mine, not smooth, just smoother than what I had. I have a mechanical gauge connected and routed on my dash, temp too.
