Default Throttle Adjustment Issues

My throttle Is loose. I make adjustments and it vibrates up and down. can also move the cable up and down round and round and it screws with it.
Any options on a fix??

I took some solid gauge wire and secured the throttle cable into position at the bracket. Mine would tighten itself occasionally, requiring me to pop the hood and loosen it back up again. I placed the wrap just proximal to the bracket itself, in the throttle cable groove, so it won't tighten; used the free wire included in my hi-lift that they used to secure the handle to the frame. If my OCD was running a little bit higher yesterday I would have wrapped it on the engine side, looped it over the bracket and secured it behind the black plastic nut, but laziness won out and I just threw some electrical tape over the wire and around the cable to keep it from wandering.
