Default Trailing Arm Bushes Don't Fit (NTC9027)

Nothing is ever simple on this bloody truck.

Installing my Rovertracks rear radius arms. Got everything off no problem. Go to install the new arms and the frigging OEM arm to chassis bushing don't fit.

I'm using NTC9027. I can't for the life of me get the ****ing thing onto the trailing arm. The old ones slide on and off no worries but I'm guessing cause they are worn.

I've read 100 guides/posts online and not one person has mentioned needing a press to get them on the arm. Is that the case?

Have you measured the OE and Rovertracks arms to see if there is a difference in diameter?
If not then you maybe have a defective bush. If the Rovertracks is actually larger, I'd call them.

Here's the thing..

I have two NTC9027 bushings. Both have the same problem.

The new bushings also don't fit the old stock arms. Same ridiciliously snug fit.

I'm so confused why the hell they won't just fit.

How off are they? try sticking them in the freezer over night and then tap them in with a socket...
