Default Trim Removal ?

Probably really easy but it seems like I'm gonna break it. How do I remove the piece circled in red?

Very carefully...

There are 2 ****** tabs that go down on the bottom approx 1" from edge. Try to push in on these tabs while lightly prying up.

At the top there are three ****** tabs that go towards the back.

Usually if you can't get the bottom ones, try for the top and vice versa. But I still break about 20% I try and pull.

I think I have a good one if you fail.

Not sure if you are taking off the whole console, but there are 2 screws directly above that piece pointing up that have to come off.

Thanks Abran. I was able to remove it without breaking the clips somehow. Put a nice gouge in it when the screwdriver slipped though.

Yeah, it's a bad word.

Kind of like that Jane Fonda movie, Barbarella.
