I’ve checked plugs, wires, changed the forward bank 1 O2 sensor, fuel filter, fuel pump seal, but these codes still pop up.

its a 97 v8 4.0 with 175k on it.

 

The p1207 is an fuel injector malfunction on cyl 7.

 

P1313 suggests a damage to the driver's side cat.

The gems_obd.pdf document in the D1 section of the google drive linked in my sig will help a great deal with understanding codes. It is not as cut and dry as it may seem, but it will get you headed in the right direction most of the time.
